Chef Tom Earnshaw

Tom's impressive career has been established in Michelin starred kitchens including the three star Moor Hall Restaurant (then two-star) as well as Northcote and The Samling hotels. Tom joined Bohemia in 2023 as Sous Chef and took over as Head Chef in 2025 maintaining Bohemia’s Star in his first year 2026.
