What’s involved?
As Chef De Partie, you will work hand in hand with our brilliant team working hand in hand with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver amazing dishes for the restaurant.

You will be responsible for helping ensure the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes. You will play a role in menu development.

You will have the chance to learn from one of the best teams and grow your experience in our wider kitchen at Bohemia. We also offer great opportunities for career advancement and training.

For this we hope you have:

· Previous experience in a Michelin or multi rosette restaurant.

· Awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.

· A creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.

· A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.

· Extremely passionate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £negotiable
